Trawling in the Koster Sea - sustainable fishing

We leave the northern harbor and our boat sets sail for one of the shrimp trawlers. In Kosterfjorden we meet up and we get to follow the work of "making a slippery slope" ("göre ett hal") as they say in Bohuslän. We follow how the shrimp comes up the trawl and how it is sorted and cooked. We walk next door and board steaming fresh shrimp that are still lukewarm. We eat the shrimp with side dishes as the trip continues into the archipelago.
