We charter the M/S Sara, which departs from the North Harbor right down the road from the hotel, for an exciting and educational lobster fishing trip. Fishing takes place in or just outside the Kosterhavet National Park, which became our first marine national park in 2009. You'll join the fisherman and pull lobster pots while the tour is spiced up with more or less true stories about the Koster Sea of the past and the present. During the tour, fresh shrimps with drinks are served as a snack on board. After the tour, which will take about three hours, we go ashore, boil the lobster and watch the transformation from black to the red colour of the lobster. The freshly cooked lobster is brought to the hotel after the tour to be eaten plain or prepared in a delicious four-course lobster menu.
