We leave the harbor for a refreshing boat trip through the Bohuslän archipelago. After about an hour we arrive at the jetty on our neighbour-island Furholmen. Here, the crayfish boilers are ready to receive fresh crayfish for boiling. Crayfish are delicious all year round, but when the salty winds of the autumn blow in, they taste at their best. When the crayfish is ready and has cooled down a bit, we eat it lukewarm and experience the incredible taste.
