‘Plug 'n play’ means that we have user-friendly equipment and technology that is easy to connect to and delivers a high quality of audio and video. You simply "plug in" and stream the video and audio to other participants who connect via a link (For example via Teams or Zoom).
Our technology is specifically designed for digital meetings and to ensure you experience the same sound quality whether you're on-site or joining the meeting via a link. Our microphone speaker with built-in system focuses on the voice speaking, eliminates noise and provides crystal clear sound quality for the other party in the conversation. Besides this great sound, we also provide a wide-angle conference camera with HD resolution.
Coffee, tea and iced water are available free of charge on the day of the meeting in or near the meeting place. Lunch is included, with two different hot buffet dishes, fresh salads, soup of the day, various desserts and coffee.
Energizing, healthy and tasty treats are served two times a day, in or near the room.
The Morning Break is served between 9 AM - 11 AM
and the Afternoon Break between 2 PM - 4 PM.
